Products from global leaders such as Audiocodes and Genesys have been deployed to receive, route, and handle calls.

Our automated customer service system is based on the Omilia voice gateway. Our customers can conduct transactions over the phone and stay informed about their account and credit card details. The combination of these features offers unique capabilities such as natural language understanding (NLU), customer identification, Call Blending, Click 2 Call, and concierge services.

The customer relationship management (CRM) system has been developed in-house. It is supported by an in-house Case Management System for recording, sending, and managing customer cases.

The infrastructure and systems rely on products from VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, and HPe, while modern applications from well-known global vendors facilitate the work of individual departments.

The Applications Development Team has all the tools of a modern and competitive software house. With Microsoft's application development platforms and open-source tools (Java), the Applications Development Team is continuously expanding its capabilities and areas of activity.

Finally, the Management Information Systems (MIS) team systematically develops structures and reports for the centralized and analytical information of all management levels.
